The estate can be entered by pedestrians or cars from either the Allsop Place end or the York Gate end. The footpaths are open to the public and pedestrians can enter the estate at any time and use the entry video phones to contact the resident they are visiting. If you are unsure of the location of the apartment you are visiting please stop by at the Porters Lodge in the centre of the estate and ask for help.
The roadway is private and to gain entry to the estate please use the call buttons at the barriers to speak to the porter on duty stating who you are visiting. Once you are parked please collect a parking permit from the Porters Lodge.
Commercial visitors and their vehicles can only enter during working hours unless it is an emergency. Residents must inform the Head Porter prior to the visit (for example to carry out a gas boiler service) so that the visit can be logged in the day book and a parking space allocated.

In the case of a medical emergency, please dial 999.
For your information, there is a defribillator in the porters lodge which can be collected and requires no medical training to use.
The estate is approached via a private road located between York Gate and Allsop Place just south of the Outer Circle of The Regent’s Park. It is less than 600 metres from both Marylebone High Street and Baker Street Underground Station.
There is also easy access to the many amenities of Marylebone Village and the open spaces of Regent's Park.
The estate has a communal fire alarm system which is regularly tested.
Please familiarise yourself with your nearest fire escape stairs on your floor. In the case case of fire do not use the lift and go down the stairs to the nearest available street door.
In an emergency dial 999 immediately and if it is safe to do tell the porters lodge immediately about the situation. Do not put yourself in danger by attempting to fight fires. Escape routes must not be obstructed at any time and the fire doors must not be propped open.
